I am intrigued, my older sister told me about Glide Bikes when she got back from a trip to Europe. I also just found someone in my area selling a new one of these for so much less then any of the Balance Bikes, though much more then used bikes with training wheels.Wetlandkeeperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12591217056757407304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8871630327452599465.post-56797991057473474132008-11-28T15:10:00.000-08:002008-11-28T15:10:00.000-08:00The problem with it is the geometry is the same as...The problem with it is the geometry is the same as an adult bike just scaled down and about twice the weight of the Mini Glider or other balance bikes for kids. Adding all the parts to make it convert into a pedal bike (Cranks, Gears, chain and chain cover) add complication and weight to a simple concept. Light and simple is best for kids, a place to put there feet is a must unless you like replacing shoes. I recommend one of the gliders from Glide Bikes the Mini Glider or the Go Glider for kids 5 and up. They are cheaper 99.00 and 119.00 and come with foot pegs a rear brake weight 8lbs and 10lbs have mountain bike geometry to make it easier for kids to learn the steering process. My kids learned to ride bikes at 2- 4 with these.GlideBikesCustomershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15173563286301613280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8871630327452599465.post-82572536680734682072008-11-24T16:31:00.000-08:002008-11-24T16:31:00.000-08:00Its beautiful bike but its not work to learning a ...Its beautiful bike but its not work to learning a bike.
